Eva’s Tech Learning Story.

Eating is a necessity, but cooking is an art.

My third and nearly final stop cooking.

During cooking, we made lots of delicious meals. One thing that I found fun was obviously making the meals, not only was it challenging, but it gave me something new to learn about, something new to work on and something new to gain knowledge about.

Something I found challenging was using different measurements for e.g, ¼ and ⅔ etc. I found it challenging because I can get easily confused about which one is which. I think I might need to spend some extra time in the kitchen, just to get my measurements correct. Other than that I feel confident in everything else.

I LOVED making our own pies, it gave us a chance to do what we want and to maybe try something different. We could be very creative about it instead of having to stick to one thing.

I would like to have learned how to make a cake the professional way and not just learn about pastry. But then I think it was good that we learned so many different types of pastry because we can make all types of things using pastry.
